Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Order processing takes place within a period of up to 48 hours.

After processing is completed, the shipment is handed over according to the selected shipping method and destination.

2. Shipping to Austria

All domestic shipments within Austria are sent with tracking.

Standard shipping to Austria takes 2 to 4 business days and costs EUR 10.00.

Priority shipping to Austria takes 1 to 2 business days and costs EUR 15.00.

For orders to Austria with a total value of at least EUR 100.00, Priority shipping is provided free of charge.

3. Shipping Within the EU

For destinations within the rest of the European Union, tracked shipping takes 2 to 6 business days and costs EUR 15.00.

For orders to the rest of the European Union with a total value of at least EUR 100.00, standard shipping is provided free of charge.

Priority shipping is not offered for destinations outside Austria.

4. Shipping Destination

Shipping is available exclusively within the European Union (EU).

Orders outside the EU are not shipped through EuropeanPeptides under this policy.

5. Packaging and Documentation

Packages are properly packed and provided with the appropriate documentation.

EuropeanPeptides aims to ensure that shipments are prepared in a structured and documented manner before dispatch.

6. Customs and Authority Measures

Customs-related review lies outside our responsibility. In rare cases, delivery delays, returns, or other measures by customs authorities or other authorities may occur.

We accept no liability for such events, as they are outside our sphere of influence.
