This Agreement sets the rules for approved EuropeanPeptides affiliates, including compliance, tracking, commissions, payouts, prohibited conduct, and termination.
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Not for human or veterinary consumption.
The EuropeanPeptides Affiliate Programme rewards approved partners (“Affiliates”) for referring customers and promoting research-use-only products. Participation is free and open to individuals and businesses who meet the eligibility requirements.
This Agreement is supplementary to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on europeanpeptides.eu.
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, have a legitimate online presence, promote products in a manner consistent with their intended research purpose, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All EuropeanPeptides products are sold for laboratory research purposes only. They are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.
Affiliates must not make explicit health, medical, therapeutic, or cosmetic claims, provide dosing or administration instructions, post before-and-after transformation content, or use language that directly encourages personal consumption.
This includes but is not limited to claims about weight loss, muscle building, anti-aging, fertility, or disease treatment. Any content that could reasonably be interpreted as promoting human use must be avoided.
If someone asks about dosing, personal use, or health effects, do not answer and do not provide guidance. Direct them to consult a qualified medical professional.
EuropeanPeptides may review affiliate promotional content periodically, but full compliance with this Agreement remains the Affiliate’s responsibility.
When violations are identified, EuropeanPeptides may issue a warning and request that the content be modified or removed. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or permanent termination without prior warning.
The Programme is powered by AffiliatePress. Approved Affiliates receive a unique referral link through their affiliate dashboard and may be assigned a coupon code, typically with a default 5% customer discount.
Referral cookies are valid for 7 days. If a customer completes a purchase during that window, the order may be attributed to the Affiliate. If a customer uses another Affiliate’s coupon code at checkout, that code takes priority over any existing cookie.
The Programme does not use lifetime customer attribution. Each order is tracked independently. Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
EuropeanPeptides does not guarantee tracking in all circumstances and is not liable for lost or untracked referrals caused by deleted cookies, blocked tracking, device switching, or similar issues.
Base rate: 30% of the Commission Base. This may be increased up to 40% based on performance at EuropeanPeptides’s discretion.
Commission Base = Order Value – Coupon Discount(s) – Internal Shipping Cost. Commission = Commission Base × Affiliate Rate.
The full internal shipping cost is always deducted, even when the customer receives free shipping. Taxes are excluded. If the Commission Base is zero or negative, the commission is €0.00.
Internal shipping costs: Austria Standard (2-4 days) €10.00; Austria Priority (1-2 days) €15.00; Rest of EU Tracked (2-6 days) €15.00. Free shipping applies for orders over €100.00, but the internal cost is still deducted for commission calculation.
Commissions become eligible for payout only after the order has been successfully delivered, the 14-day statutory return window has passed without a return or chargeback, and the customer’s payment has been confirmed and cleared.
Eligible commissions are paid on the 1st of the following month. The minimum payout threshold is €25.00. If the balance is below this amount, it carries over.
Payouts are made via bank transfer. Cryptocurrency payouts may be considered in the future and will be communicated separately if available.
EuropeanPeptides may delay or withhold payouts for fraud review, compliance checks, missing payout information, or if the account is under investigation.
Commissions are revoked for refunded, cancelled, undelivered, charged-back, or fraudulent orders. Already credited amounts may be deducted from future payouts.
Confirmed fraud results in commission forfeiture and immediate termination.
Affiliate coupons default to 5% and may be adjusted. Attribution follows the code used at checkout.
Affiliates may use their own code for personal research purchases for the discount only. Attempting to earn commission on self-purchases is fraud and grounds for termination.
Affiliates must comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, platform rules, and GDPR. Affiliate relationships must be disclosed where required, for example with #ad, #affiliate, or #sponsored.
Affiliates must represent EuropeanPeptides products, pricing, and policies accurately and compete fairly. Copying another affiliate’s content, interfering with promotions, or misleading customers about another code is prohibited.
Spam, fake reviews, fabricated endorsements, unauthorized paid search bidding on the EuropeanPeptides brand name, cookie stuffing, bots, artificial traffic, and unauthorized coupon/deal-site distribution are strictly prohibited.
EuropeanPeptides brand assets may only be used for Programme promotion and must not be modified. All trademarks and brand rights remain the property of EuropeanPeptides. Rights end upon termination.
Affiliates must comply with each platform’s terms and advertising policies. Affiliates must not handle customer support or make commitments on behalf of EuropeanPeptides. Customers should be directed to support@europeanpeptides.eu.
Affiliates are solely responsible for all taxes on commissions earned. EuropeanPeptides does not withhold or remit taxes on Affiliate commissions.
EuropeanPeptides processes personal data to operate the Programme in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR. Affiliates must not misuse customer data.
EuropeanPeptides may suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice, for breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, brand-damaging behaviour, extended inactivity, or a decision to modify or discontinue the Programme.
Upon termination, Affiliates must stop using affiliate links, coupon codes, and brand assets, and remove active promotional content where reasonably possible. Legitimate unpaid commissions earned before termination may still be paid at EuropeanPeptides’s discretion.
EuropeanPeptides makes no guarantees regarding affiliate earnings, tracking accuracy, programme availability, or uninterrupted operation of the platform or website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EuropeanPeptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation. Total aggregate liability is limited to commissions actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless EuropeanPeptides from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from promotional activities, breach of this Agreement, or violation of applicable law.
This Agreement is governed by Austrian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Vienna, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
No employment or agency relationship is created. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
EuropeanPeptides may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
EuropeanPeptides reserves the right to immediately and permanently remove any affiliate who violates this Agreement. Upon exclusion, unpaid commissions may be forfeited and links or codes may be deactivated.
