Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes. All our peptides are independently verified by Janoshik Analytical, or are currently in the process of getting testing.
How do I pay?
SEPA bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. Card, crypto and other major payment methods are planned and coming soon.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from Austria with tracked delivery across the European Union.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes. Every order is shipped with tracking so the delivery status can be followed after dispatch.
Are these products for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.
Where can I find certificates of analysis?
Available COAs are listed on the Certificates of Analysis page and can also be accessed through QR-based packaging where available.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and billing email address. Tracking details appear once the parcel has been dispatched.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact support as quickly as possible. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Why did my payment fail?
SEPA bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. If you do not receive the bank details email after placing an order, please check your spam folder first and then contact support.
What is QR verification?
QR-based packaging gives fast access to the relevant product documentation where available.
Can you provide dosage or consumption guidance?
No. We cannot provide dosage, consumption, or medical guidance because products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
