As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me, Mr. Benjamin Frömcke, EuropeanPeptides, Vorgartenstraße 126/266, 1020 Vienna, Austria, by means of a clear declaration, for example by post or by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly. It also does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The peptides offered are sensitive laboratory chemicals whose condition and quality may be impaired in particular by external influences such as light, especially UV radiation, moisture, temperature fluctuations, or mechanical effects, especially shock.
There is no right of withdrawal for goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Accordingly, a right of withdrawal exists only for unopened, undamaged, and originally sealed goods within the statutory withdrawal period.
Upon removal of the seal, opening of the protective cap, or any other interference with the integrity of the goods, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely. The same applies in the event of damage to or improper handling of the goods.
Improper handling includes in particular, but is not limited to, vigorous shaking as well as exposure to light or elevated temperatures.
In these cases, the return of goods is excluded. This applies in particular for the protection of health and to ensure product quality and stability.
Transport damage must be reported in writing immediately after receipt of the goods. In such a case, the buyer is obliged to inform us promptly by email and to provide meaningful photographs of the damage.
